Why a well-kept home matters

A clean home is not a luxury so much as a relief. It's the evening you don't spend catching up, the guest you don't apologize to, and the weekend that stays yours.

Kensington Housekeeping exists to make that dependable. We take on residential homes only, so all of our attention goes into the kinds of spaces people actually live in: kitchens that get used, bathrooms shared by a family, floors that see pets and boots.

Every arrangement starts with a conversation about your home: what matters most, what to leave alone, and how often you'd like help. That conversation becomes the plan we work to.

What we hold ourselves to

The principles behind every visit, written down so you can hold us to them too.

  • Care you can see, and some you can't

The visible surfaces matter, and so do the places that are easy to skip: under the edge of the faucet, the top of the door frame, the corner behind the bathroom door.

  • The same standard every time

Housekeeping is only useful if you can rely on it. A scope agreed for your home is how each visit lives up to the last one.

  • Straightforward conversations

Clear answers about what's included, what isn't, and what something will take. If a request isn't a good fit, we'll say so.

  • Respect for the people who live there

A home holds routines, belongings and privacy. We work around them, and we ask first instead of assuming.

Let's talk about your home.

Share a few details and we'll follow up personally to talk through what you need. A request commits you to nothing.
